The UPSwitch  Automatic Transfer Switch (UPSX) provides uninterrupted transfer of Protected Equipment input power to an alternate source when the preferred source (typically a UPS) fails, needs to be repaired or replaced, runs out of battery power or is simply turned off.  When repair/replacement is complete and the UPS is again supplying power; the UPSwitch automatically switches back to this Preferred (UPS) power.
